Albert Sarpong, Medical Student Editor

Albert Sarpong is a medical student at the Tillman J. Fertitta Family College of Medicine (Class of 2027), where he also serves as Class President and actively contributes to curriculum and student-life initiatives. Albert is deeply committed to medical education, research, and service, having presented multiple anatomy and physiology studies at national and international conferences, including the American Association for Anatomy and the Human Anatomy and Physiology Society. His prior research experience at Baylor College of Medicine focused on microbiome interactions and anatomical variations, reflecting his dedication to advancing both science and clinical understanding.

Albert also serves as the Student Editor for the HandEducation section of OrthoEducation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to creating high-quality, peer-reviewed educational resources for patients and healthcare professionals. Known for his diligence, warmth, and leadership, Albert has been an invaluable contributor to OrthoEducation’s mission to make accurate, accessible orthopedic knowledge freely available to all.
